Nevada mobile sportsbook products.

Mobile sportsbook products are separate operator apps and accounts, not the casino venues listed above. This guide covers sports wagering only. It does not list or verify online casino games as licensed.

Turnup does not take bets, create accounts, or process payments. Mobile wagering, where offered, happens through the linked operator.

Before a mobile bet, check ID and location.

Remote signup still has an in-person ID step.

Nevada allows a wagering account to be registered remotely or in person. Before accepting sports wagers, a book must confirm your identity in person by checking a government-issued photo ID at the book or an affiliated licensed property. A book may send employees to inspect an ID elsewhere only after Board approval. Remote registration does not skip this sports-specific ID check.

Mobile access depends on the operator and your location.

Before registering for a sports wagering account, Nevada rules require patrons to acknowledge that sports wagers from outside Nevada are prohibited. If federal law allows transmission to another jurisdiction, a book may modify that notice to permit wagers only where the wager is legal. App location checks and operator rules can be narrower; follow the current terms for the product you use.

The linked Circa and BetMGM pages each state a 21+ minimum. Circa says activation happens at a Circa Sports location and app wagers require being physically in Nevada. BetMGM labels its Nevada app “NV Only” and says to visit a Nevada property to complete mobile registration. Operator instructions can change, so check them before traveling.
